With two wheelbases, three lengths, three weight variants, and two turbo diesel engines in five power ratings, the new Vito offers a broad product range, encompassing the Vito Panel Van, Vito Crew and Vito Tourer.
Front-wheel drive has a transverse mounted, compact four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1.6-litres which is available in two power ratings: Vito 109 CDI with 88bhp and Vito 111 CDI with 114bhp. Rear-wheel drive has a four cylinder engine with a 2.15-litre displacement, available in three power output levels – Vito 114 CDI with 136 bhp BlueTEC, Vito 116 CDI with 163 bhp BlueTEC and Vito 119 BlueTEC with 190 bhp – these three BlueTEC versions are the first Euro 6 engines in this class.
New Vito sets new safety standards, extending to precision steering and powerful disc-brakes all-round, as well as Adaptive ESP® as standard. The New Vito Panel Van is the first to provide airbags and a seat belt reminder for both the driver and passenger as standard. The new Vito’s standard equipment includes Attention Assist and Crosswind Assist – unique in this class. Active Parking Assist is also new and unique for vans, alongside a distance warning function.
